You can return any* paddle purchased from PickleballNVZ.com within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund or store credit.

Choosing the right paddle is tough — so we let you actually play with it. There is no charge and no special opt-in. Take it to the court, hit with it, and if it isn’t the right fit, send it back. We try to make this as simple as possible. A few general conditions apply (see below).

*Test Drive Details & Conditions

  • Paddles sold as Used, or any item marked Clearance or Final Sale, are excluded from the 30-Day Paddle Test Drive.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Paddles must not be modified or personalized. Adding grips or edge tape, or writing on a paddle, voids the Test Drive.
  • Excessively worn or abused paddles may not be eligible for a refund.
  • You are responsible for return shipping on Test Drive returns unless the paddle arrived defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Defective Products & Warranty Claims

If a product you purchased is defective, please contact us within 30 days and we’ll send you a replacement. If a direct replacement isn’t available, we’ll provide PickleballNVZ.com store credit. Please contact us before returning any equipment so we can verify it’s within policy. If you’re outside the 30-day window, you’ll need to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty assistance, we’re happy to point you in the right direction.

Disclaimers

To receive a refund or credit for a return, PickleballNVZ.com must confirm receipt of the returned package. Value for products missing from returns cannot be refunded or credited. We strongly recommend shipping returns with a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and keeping your tracking number.

All returns require a Return Authorization (RMA) number, contact our Customer Service team to start a return and write your RMA clearly on the outside of the package. We accept returns from the U.S. and Canada. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 3 business days of our inspection and approval. We do not offer direct exchanges, simply return the original item and place a new order for what you’d like instead. PickleballNVZ.com reserves the right to void or reject returns in cases of suspected fraud.

General

  • 30 days for any reason: refunds and conditions vary by product type and condition (details below).
  • Defectives and mis-ships on any product are covered for 30 days from the date of purchase, we will re-ship, refund, or provide store credit.
  • We accept returns from the U.S. and Canada.
  • Customers pay return shipping on discretionary returns; we cover it when the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Products returned outside of policy may not be refunded, at the sole discretion of PickleballNVZ.com.

Paddles & Paddle Accessories

Paddles, paddle covers, grips, overgrips, edge tape and paddle kits.

  • 30 days for any reason: covered by the 30-Day Paddle Test Drive above.
  • Customer pays shipping on discretionary returns unless the paddle is defective or mis-shipped.
  • Returned paddles may not be modified. Added grips, edge tape, or writing on a paddle voids the Test Drive.
  • Grips, overgrips and edge tape must be unopened and in original packaging to be returned.
  • Paddles sold as Used are Final Sale (see below).

Shoes, Apparel, Pickleballs, Bags & Socks

  • 30 days for any reason.
  • Shoes, bags and pickleballs must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Apparel must be unwashed and unworn with original tags attached.
  • Socks and other intimate apparel must be sealed/unopened in original packaging.
  • Manufacturer shoe boxes must be placed inside an outer shipping box — please don’t tape or label the shoe box itself.
  • Pickleballs must be returned in unopened packaging; opened ball packs are not eligible for return.

Nets, Portable Courts & Replacement Parts

  • 30 days for any reason — items must be in new, unused, resalable condition with all original parts and packaging.
  • Customer pays return shipping on discretionary returns unless defective or mis-shipped.
  • Heavy-duty and permanent net systems and portable courts ship as oversized freight — please contact us for authorization and instructions before returning these items.

Ball Machines & Pickleball Vending Machines

  • Please contact us before returning any machine so we can authorize the return and provide instructions.
  • Returns and warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s return and warranty policy.
  • Customer pays return shipping on discretionary machine returns.
  • Machines must be returned in original packaging in new, unused condition to be eligible for a refund.

Used, Clearance & Final Sale

  • No returns on Used, Clearance or Final Sale items — all sales are final.
  • If a Used, Clearance or Final Sale item arrives defective or we shipped the wrong product, we’ll provide a re-ship or store credit.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I start a return?

Contact our Customer Service team at 888-999-7577 or info@pickleballnvz.com within 30 days of your purchase. We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RMA) number and walk you through the next steps. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method — typically within 3 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.

Can I return a paddle I’ve already played with?

Yes! That’s the whole point of our 30-Day Paddle Test Drive. As long as the paddle isn’t excessively worn, hasn’t been modified or personalized, and wasn’t sold as Used/Clearance/Final Sale, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or store credit.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t process direct exchanges. Instead, return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like. This is the fastest way to get the right gear in your hands.

Who pays for return shipping?

For discretionary returns (you changed your mind, wrong fit, etc.), the customer covers return shipping. If an item arrived defective or we shipped the wrong product, we cover it.
